As a Development Associate at Trailbreak Partners, Logan brings tremendous value in all aspects of the real estate process. This includes relationship development, land acquisition, project budgets, pro-forma development, design oversite, municipal relations, project contract negotiations and construction management. He is an exemplary professional with proven success of relationship building and project execution and completion. Logan has completed and is currently working on over $700 million worth of development covering multiple asset classes. Logan holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Colorado State University with a focus on Construction Management and Economics. While currently living in Denver, Logan enjoys reading, staying fit and working out, playing, and watching sports (baseball, soccer, football, hockey), mountain and road biking, and traveling around the world. His favorite location to date is the French Riviera. Logan has been actively involved over the years in Denver Active 20-30 Children’s Foundation and is a part of the executive leadership team at the American Heart Association.

Fun fact: Logan learned to sail in the Aegean Sea while sailing to over 10 islands off the coast of Athens, and he can even navigate using a maritime sextant.
