As an Asset Manager for Trailbreak Partners, Shea is responsible for portfolio optimization, overseeing property management, and driving asset strategies from acquisition to disposition. Prior to joining Trailbreak in 2023, Shea worked for Juno Residential, a venture-backed startup leveraging mass-timber to accelerate sustainable multifamily development. At Juno, Shea spearheaded Corporate Strategy and Business Development.
Prior to Juno, Shea worked at JLL as a Multifamily Investment Sales Analyst in Denver, where she supported over $4B of transactions across the front range. Shea earned her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where she studied Finance and Real Estate. In her spare time, she can be found at hip-hop dance classes, yoga studios, listening to Jay Shetty podcasts, or facetiming her niece who lives in Chicago.
Fun Fact: Shea, a Milwaukee native, had never visited Denver before deciding to move in 2018 and has since learned to ski. She can now ski black diamonds, but much prefers the blue runs.
